What this tool is

First Light Florida's Discord monitor is an internal dashboard that lets authorized First Light Florida administrators view live Discord server data and manage bots through their own Discord bot. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, MEE6, or Carl-bot.

Accounts and sign-in

Access is by email and password only. We create an account record when you register and store the credentials needed to authenticate you. We do not offer social login.

Your Discord bot token

When you connect your bot, your Discord bot token is stored on the server and is used only to call Discord's API on your behalf (reading members, channels, roles, and posting announcements). The token is never sent back to your browser or shared with third parties.

Server authorization

Adding a server sends you to Discord's own approval screen. Discord returns the servers you approve, their member counts, and bot status. We store the server identifiers and the approval status you choose so you can manage them in the dashboard. Live member data is fetched from Discord when you open the page and is not retained beyond your session.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not use your bot token for anything outside this dashboard.
• We do not modify settings on third-party bots such as MEE6 or Carl-bot.

Data removal

You can disconnect your bot or remove an authorized server at any time from the dashboard, which deletes the associated stored record.
